Do you charge per seat?

No. Seats are bundled with each tier. Pro includes 5, Team 15, Agency unlimited. The decision to add a junior engineer should never be a cost conversation.

What counts as a monitor?

One HTTP or HTTPS check against one endpoint. A homepage check, an API health endpoint, and a checkout-flow check are three monitors, regardless of whether they run from two regions or eight.

What counts as a project?

A project groups the monitors that share a status page, a team, and a subscriber list. A typical SaaS product is one project. Agencies use one client workspace per client.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Two months free on annual billing across all tiers except Free. Email us once annual billing is live in your account settings.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. No cancellation fees, no downgrade penalties.

Is there an Enterprise tier?

Yes. Unlimited monitors, custom SLA, self-hosted probe regions, and procurement-friendly contracts. Email hello@brily.app.

What happens if I exceed a limit?

You keep serving traffic. We never blackhole data. The overage shows in your dashboard with a suggested upgrade path. No surprise invoices.

Can agencies resell Brily?

Yes, on the Agency tier. Full white-label, consolidated billing, and a reseller agreement available on request.
